We recommend to use 16:9 monitors with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD). To run the Virtual Online Academy VIONA® you also require up to date versions of the Adobe Flash Player (http://www.adobe.de) and Java Runtime Environment (http://www.java.com).
Please make sure your security programmes (anti-virus software, firewalls, etc.) do not block the Virtual Online Academy (VIONA®), which uses the (TCP-) ports 80, 443, 1935 and 16501 for outgoing signals. Details can be found in the software’s instruction manual.
A DSL internet connection (at least DSL 6000) is needed to ensure smooth transmission of the audio and video data.
